    Good Luck to you Big Rich just stick with the plan. Its a rough trip and their are times you might want to fall back. Everytime I lose hope I think shoelaces it would be nice to tie them with no discomfort or jeans what I would do to fit in a pair again you just have to keep motivated.

    I went thru the same issue and fell off the plan and noticed I was gaining weight again stick to how you were instructed to eat and do not deviate from it. Good luck
