  1. Hi Viola, I know how you feel. I have been grazing like crazy. I was sleeved September 19, 2011, and have lost 58lbs. I am sooo happy with my weight loss but I feel like I am sabatoging myself like I did in the past. I go to bed every night dissapointed in myself and promise I will be better tomorrow, and tomorrow I graze again. Not everyone has got it all together. Certainly not me.
  2. I have been sleeved for 10 weeks, so I havn't experienced what your going through. I would say go back to the beginning, eat your protein first, keep a food diary, whatever some of the things you were doing to lose the 58 pounds in the first place. That is a big accomplishment!! I'm curious, do you still feel restriction? I'm worried that I could do the same thing, cause I like chocolate and chips, I don't eat a lot of these types of things but a little bit pretty much everyday.
  3. I was sleeved Sept 19th, I too didnt poop at first. I tried Milk of Magnesia, then again 6 hours later, no luck. My Doc ok'd me to use an enema,it worked in less than 5 mins and I have been going daily since. It not like before of course, mostly liquid now. (do not trust a fart) I felt sooo much better after pooping.

What am i going to need?

Hi, I am a mom of twins also! This is my first time posting anything on this site, but I have visited a few times, I love it too. I have my appointment with my surgeon on Monday and am freaking out a little. I keep second guessing this decision. What are some questions that I should ask the surgeon? Any advice on the cold feet? Thanks Thanks
