Careful, you need some sugar, during my liquid stage I was feeling very weak and almost passéd put in the mall from Low blood sugar. I also had the same BM during the liquid stage and nothing helped, except getting out of the liquid stage

Being filled, can you eat a lean cuisine? Or those healthy choice steamers? Do you think there good For you? Some have 15g of protien and 260 calories... But is it too much food? I'm currently unfilled

Today was my first appointment with my doctor after the surgery. He barely looked at me and didn't touch my belly or anything. Anyways I guess he used a large band 14cc and I feel like I'm gonna need a ton of fills, does anyone else have this large band? Did it take you a long time to find your sweet spot?

Hummus is a mushy with protien!! And I'm with ya at 13 days out, I can't even think of a protien shake Ughhhhh!!!! I mixed hummus and tuna and just chewed it to spit and swallowed... I can make it a mushy right??

Im continuing to get this pain constantly, but it goes away if i lay on that side or put some sort of pressure on it... Im gonna say its just gas, which I guess can last up to 6 weeks, and im not even 2 weeks in..

Honestly I didn't go on a Pre op diet. I hit every restaurant I could think of because I felt like I would never go there again after surgery. Your fine relaaaxxxxx

How many people have to pay out of pocket to visit their doctos for a fill? is this normal? why doesnt our insurance cover this? my doctor has never discussed this with me, and i had my band 1/11 and wont see him til next monday.. How much are these visits? now im worried!!
