    Hi My Name is Vanessa I am 34 married for 13 years and have 6 kids twins that are 10 and quadruplets that are 6 1/2. I just got the the lap band on Jan 3 so far so good. I am feeling pretty good now. I wanted to ask a question I went to go order that mwdifast stuff but there are a few different kinds i think there was a 50 and and 70 something like that. Can anyone help me and let me know which one I should order, Thank you Vanessa
