  1. Hi Maria, Good luck for the op, you will be fine, i was up and making myself a drink a few hours after it. My main advice is to take it easy, I rushed around way to much after my op even did an assult course 1 week after and i think that made my recovery slower. Well done with sticking to the liquid diet before. For about 10 days after my op i wasnt hungrey at all then after about 2 weeks i could manage a bit of mashed potato. Make sure you drink plenty of liquid afterwards and ensure you are still consuming enough calories, may sound crazy but it is actually really hard to. All the best Hannah
  2. Hi everyone. I live in england and i'm 22 years old. I had a lap band fitted in september 2010 after years of being depressed with my weight. I am now however regretting the decision slightly as i have only lost about 10 pounds even though i am eating no where near as much as i use to. Has this happened to anyone else? I am even considering having the band taken out. I am going for my second fill tomorrow even though i am still fairly restricted so im hoping this may help but im not convinced. Thanks guys Hannah x
