  1. I was banded on August 12, 2009 and have had no real weight loss as of yet. I really have watched what I eat. I finally have 6 cc in band but still do not have total restriction or any weight loss (beenthree weeks). I don't know about you but I am very sad and depressedover this. I was hoping to have a forty pound weight loss by now.
  2. I have Oxford also. I am at a BMI of 35-36 and got approval in less than two weeks. I really did not think I would qualify but had no issue.
  3. I had lapband done in August 2009 and have not lost any weight. My doctor is very conservative with fills. I finally have 6.75 cc in 10 cc band. I do not feel any restriciton. What should I be doing at this point????
  4. I was banded in August and have not had much success with weight loss as of yet. I have 4.5 cc's in my band. I have been thinking about Nutrisystem, and think it is a great idea. I also have two kids 15 and 11 in every sport imaginable. So I completely understand. My kids being very active are very fit and can eat anything. PLease let me know how you are doing with Nutrisystem.
  5. I did not want to tell anyone. I did however tell my husband. He was against it, but knew it was my decision and he supported me. He has really been great through the whole process. He has been making dinner for the kids and keeping on top of me to drink. I also had many problems before surgery, and it really put a scare into him, and he really took a step back and realized how important I am to him and the kids, and that he could not do it without me.
