Roostertail2 I was on my phone earlier trying to figure out why I can not post. So I too will have to check in once I am home. I have my last visit with surgeon & addmissions On friday. I am so glad I kept some errands and appts. for this wk. to help keep me busy. I am like a child checking of the days on the calendar untll my birthday.. LOL It seems August 4th is moving in slowly.

I too am praying I don't have to have 2 sergury's. doc says he won't know until he goes in. So we'll see. starting to get a few butterflies of excitement.

Hi everyone, I am new here and just wanted to say hello. I was banded on Sept. 2nd. and It has been a journey. one in which I am still looking forward to even though I have had some bumps. I am glad I found this site. and looking forward to meeting new friends. It is good to know you are not alone. alecia

Hello- I am 51 and I live with rheumatoid arthritis. I was banded sept 2nd and thought I was doing good. I have lost a total of 19 pounds mostly from pre op. I live in NY. I have 4 children youngest age 19 (only one home) and my greatest supporter. I have had 3 fills and not restricted as of yet. constantly gaining 2 and losing 2. my daughter bought me a treadmill so I exercise when I can (because of health) I would like to thank whoever is willing to help me out in advance.
