  1. That was highly inspirational. I recently had the surgery, September 13th of this year, and I've been worried that even though I now have the added physical control, I don't have the emotional fortitude to deal with the addiction. Its lovely to hear of you working to conquer the addiction.
  2. I had my lap band put in the same day you had yours coincidentally. It sounds like your eating to much. Are you doing other things while your eating? When my stomach feels sore its usually because I'm reading or something while eating and I stuff myself to full. I don't usually throw up either, just stretching the pouch which is the last thing you want to do.
