  1. Hello.. I understand as well. I had the surgery in December 2010 and have not lost any weight. There is no "band" restriction to my eating. I am so depressed. My last weigh in .. I gained 5 lbs. I have had 2 fills.. Doesnt seem to be working.. HELP!
  2. My banding is Friay.. I am nervous as well. But I came this far, I have to continue and see it through. I am so hungry i could cry. The shakes dont work anymore, the soups, nothing.. arrrrgh! my stomach is growling at work. I want just a bag of 100 calorie chips.. Yikes!

  4. Thank u! I will keep u posted! For dinner having a cup of chicken broth (yuck), a protein shake followed by a sugarfree popcicle. I am miserable but maintaining! Its the cravings that r the worst for me! Trying to stay encouraged! Oh and I have my bottle of water! Sigh!
  5. Thank you soooo much! I find that the protein shakes leave my stomach growling. I wish u the best with the surgery! I have been heavy my entire life. I can't wait till I can have my first real meal again. I know it will be smaller but still filled with flavor! Sigh!
  6. Hello everyone. My surgery is Friday morning.. I have been on a liquid fast. Is it ok to eat chicken noodle Soup? I have been eating one container per day (including today) Additionally I had a bag of Popchips today.. otherwise.. just Protein Shakes and Water. Am I doomed??? Has anyone done this?
