  1. Well all I can say is that I understand and feel your frustration, my scale is stuck on the same number for over a week no matter what I do. This is so frustrating, I'm gonna start going to the gym this week and hopefully that will help.... I'll let you know. I think sometimes what if the band slipped, and I get freaked out because I dont want another surgery
  2. Hello, I was also banded on 10/20/10. Yay!!! So far I'm down 28 lbs. but it feels slow on some days. I am trying to battle the "head" hunger but its very hard at times. On some days I am able to eat more than others, and I feel thats not good. I had my first adjustment on 11/23/10 almost 3 cc's but I dont feel that restricted.... I get really frustrated with myself but I'm glad I can come here to read what other people are going through and in that way I feel a little better because I know that I'm not alone. Just remember that this is for the rest of your life and be positive.. we will all get to our goal weight soon...
