Just know one thing. God does not give you any more than you can handle. I had my breasts, tummy and thighs done and was on meds for 2-3 days and I am the biggest baby there is. Good Luck!!!
  2. Fortunetly there was nothing negative to report with my doctor or his staff. Good luck!
  3. I went to Dr. Roberto Rumbaut who was absolutely amazing!! His staff spoke English and the hospital facilities and hotel were first class. Dr. Rumbaut has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever dealt with. His website is www.gastricband.com. Good Luck!
  4. I was told no soda for at least four months and then if I want it I have to let it sit in ice so most of the carbonation dissolves. I was a big diet coke junkie before being banded and quit two weeks before surgery on Dec 5, 2006 in case of headaches. I don't miss it at all.
