    My surgery is December 21!!! I can't wait. I've ordered Protein shake samples from the Vitalady. I have chocolate from newlifestyles.com now and they are alright. I love adding the Capella drops to flavor them - my favorites are mocha and caramel. Starting my pre-op diet after Thanksgiving. Happy Banding!!! Liz:w00t:
