  1. Had lap band surgery three years ago. My main reason was to better control my type 2 diabetes. It took me about a year to lose 30 pounds and as of today I have put 10 back on. I've returned to my old habits...not exercising, not eating the right foods and eating too much. What I can't figure out is why...why would I do this? I'm so disappointed in myself, I'm embarrassed...I feel like a failure.:scared2:
