  1. i go to the gym i start with the weight room i do abs 2 types of machines and i do other machines that work varies parts of my body i dont do same body part everyday i alternate with diff muscle group everyday the one thing i do every day is 50 min of cardio split into diff machines ex i do 10 min on stationary bike with resistance then i do the olyptical with slight incline my biggest chunk of my cardio time is spent on the tredmill 30 min at a fast pace walk with 1 min intervals of running every 5 min. ive lost 55 pounds in 3 months so it seems to work for me let me know if theres any suggestions or corrections i should do please good luck to you all i hope your Quest for fitness is wonderful and succesful

My doctor and nutritionist said not to focus too much on the weight because sometimes you may lose inches instead of weight because of our muscles because muscle tissue is heavier than fat so you may b gaining or toning your muscle and losing the fat its just not showing on the scale yet but that's not a bad thing congrats on the inches lost keep it up you seem to be on the right track
  3. Dr mutafyan did my surgery 3 weeks ago he was very sweet and explained every detail I wouldn't change a thing even post op he was great
  4. I need a buddy too I got banded on nov 2nd and feel quite lonely I usually just read posts but I gathered the courage to write something so I'm from los angeles n so far I've lost.15 pounds so I'm very motivated
  5. I was banded on nov 2 and I'm having the same pain it feels like air builds up n like I want to burp but then it disperses across my chest is it normal
