    I am currently researching the lap band in general. I would like to get the procedure, but I do not know if I would be able to obtain the financing. I have blue cross blue shield. I have read they can go either way. I have a BMI of 41, but suffer no additional health problems. However, if I stay at this weight I eventually will. I have some questions for those going through or who have went through the process... 1. What kind of hoops do I have to go through? 2. IF insurance covers 80 percent of it, do they also cover the tests/hoops I will go through such as the nutritionist, blood work, psycho. eval. etc.? Any suggestions/tips would be greatly appreciated!
