  1. Since there is a lot of talk about toys in this thread, I thought I would share this. Dreamscape has a toy recycling program. Have a toy that broke or you don't use? Clean it and send it to them. They break it down into raw material for recycling so it doesn't end up in a landfill and will send you a $10 coupon toward a new toy. Sex Toy Recycling Program
  2. No big mystery here. I am a proud bookworm and swot. These are names I've been called all my life.
  3. I understand. I am going through the same thing. I was told I should lose 15-20 on the preop diet. I started on a Wednesday and lost 6 pounds by Sunday. But then Sunday to Thursday....nothing. It's so frustrating, especially when you are following everything exactly as instructed and not cheating but still not getting results. One of my first thoughts was is this what the band will be like. Losing weight at first and then nothing after a month... I called my doc and was told I am probably retaining Water for some reason and not to worry. Something that is easier said than done.
  4. I'll be banded July 29. I am so glad the pre-op diet is almost over. I can't stand the opti-fast shakes; they make me sick. I never thought I'd be looking forward to the clear liquid diet the last two days before surgery. Anything to not have to drink the shakes the dr gave me.
