I am scheduled for surgery this December 2nd. I am looking forward to this, having been heavy most of my adult life, diets don't work for me. I can generally loose 15 lbs but then loss becomes at a stand still, and this has been so frustrating to me. I have knee problems and will hopefully avoid having to have a replacement of my left knee.. Have my nutrition class on 11/2, preop testing on 11/18 then surgery on 12/2. Can't Wait.
