    This tummy tuck (actually, a lower body lift) after pic was taken only 8 weeks after the tuck. I lost a good 10 pounds after I had the lift.

    I had a full lower-body lift, which includes the back, which apparently also lifts the outer thighs a bit. But I also had lost some weight between the before and after, so that helped.
