Cherry Pre Op March 28, 201313 yr Author stats I looked at your stats. We are similar. I am 42, and we probably started with same BMI. You're a tad taller, but I weighed a tad less so I think our stats match well (I too am an EMT). Amazing transformation. Thanks for posting pics. Aside from bypass, did you work out or do a lot of exercising?

Aside from bypass, did you work out or do a lot of exercising? I wont lie, I hate the GYM... I will go for a 2mile walk every now and then. and go do some roller derby every once in awhile.. but other then that I just REALLY watch what I eat. I will say I need to start in the gym lifting weights as I am losing muscle tone and getting flab.. and that is not a good look.. so when my hubby gets back from his TDY we will hit the gym..

goddessblaze Gastric Bypass Patients June 4, 201313 yr Author stats WOW is all I can say. How many cals a day? How much protein? HOw many carbs. Thanks for the inspiring pics. You are so beautiful! Thank you very much, cals 600-800, carbs 60, protein 100gms, sugar no more than 5-7grams per serving. I dont look at fat either. I also walk/jog 1.5 or 3.0 miles 3 times a week. as I started to get very flabby without the working out. I also found I had to drink a protein shake at night because I was waking up staving in the middle of the night. I am unable to eat certain fruit, so far the only things i can eat is apples(no skin) and strawberries.
