Wow - I have just looked at all of your photos - this is so inspiring.... what is your "secret"? I have a couple of friends that have done this and have been as successful as you - their "secret" was to follow the doctor's orders EXACTLY.... just curious what you have been doing... I get sleeved Jan 15th and would love to follow your example!
