Sexiipisces77 Gastric Sleeve Patients November 5, 201213 yr Author stats You look great gurl!!! I have the body type you had before I pray I look this great at the end!!! So if you don't mind I have a few questions!!! How much did you weigh before and how much have you lost up until now?? How long did it take you to lose the weight and what did you do to lose it (exercise wise)?? Also did you have the sleeve or another procedure??? Thank you so much for your time in answering these questions they will help me greatly!!! I appreciate it so much!!!!
SkinnyOnMe LAP-BAND Patients November 7, 201213 yr Author stats Thanks. I was 244 the day of surgery. Mind you in the pic I had a baby 3 months before, so I was probably 15 pounds thinner the day of surgery. But those images is what inspired me to realize that I had been carrying a lot of weight over the past few years 272 was my highest without being pregnant. I was not able to lose the weight in a reasonable amount of time and needed a tool like the sleeve. I've gone from 244 to 168 in a little over 6 months. I eat carbs and everything else but I am good the majority of the week and aware of everything I put in my mouth. I can eat quickly and more than most sleevers so I try to eat things like good salads, protein, and veggies. But I believe in a realistic diet. I am not a extremist. I do exercise but I'm just more active than anything. Instead of working out at the gym for 2 hours, I clean, walk, and just get up and do things I would have been to lazy to do before. Basically, get up and do it yourself, clean your house yourself, and take the opportunity to walk anywhere u can.... with these tools you'll do great!
