The JEANS don't lie. Doesn't feel like I've lost much weight; however, the jeans tell a different story.

Thanks! I saw someone else do the same with a few pairs of jeans and thought "great idea" - so, I've kept a pair from each size. The most recent size 10's were given to me by a co-worker; I wore them to work last week on jeans day to let her see how well they fit.

Cangel76 - Warm wishes for tomorrow and keep at least one pair of those jeans from each size. It's helped me to see the big picture when I get a bit frustrated.

I just kept the my huge pair. The ones I was wearing at my heaviest and they were the only ones fitting at that point. Good idea though, keep one from each size you go down! This is a great pic :thumbup:

Yes, please keep those jeans. I've been frustrated lately, not seeing the scale move and thought that I'd finally pull out the jeans and see things from a different perspective - the pic has given me the nudge in self esteem I needed.

I only kept my first pair and when I pick them up now (folded) I cant believe how heavy they are! You bottom pair looks like childrens jeans!
