    Thanks for the congratulations. I don't mean to be defensive, but I must say that I have only followed doctor's orders, I haven't rushed anything. I started at 344 and I still have 94 lbs to get to goal. I hardly think that's rushing it! Again, thank you for the congrats, but concerns or negativity can be relayed by my doctors.
