  4. Newest pic as of 12/19/09. One year and two days after my surgery still 90 lbs. gone and holding steady!

  6. This is my newest picture.. I am now down a total of 92 lbs. Only 8 more to my mark! Started out at 302 now 210. :)

    you look great. we had our procedure on the same date. but i'm stuck, i'm down only 55 lbs, how did you keep going down. i have 40 to 50 lbs to go. give me advice please and thanks.
