I would like to congratulate you on your amazing journey! I am 55 and had lapband on July 14 starting weight was 269 I am now at 220.6 as of Oct 21. I would like to say that I took your advice and I pre measure my foods and put them in the small containers taking only one a day to work with me so I am not tempted to eat a second, but actually am satisfied after eating just the one. You should be very proud of yourself, you and only you could do this. Your body is your temple and of course we only get one. It's amazing what little things you forget that the excess weight hides from us. I have toe knuckles again, noticed that when I could actually polish my own toe nails again LOL. I drive a small 2 seater sports car and my steering wheel no longer touches my belly. GOD Bless you and have a wonderful life you and all of us who have gone the extra mile deserve it!
