Yesterday was my first Options class at Kaiser Permanente. We had to weigh in prior to the actual session and it looks like I barley skimmed the 40 BMI >.<   I'm just happy that I'm finally here and I'm on my way to getting sleeved if everything goes as planned.   They want me to loose 10% of my body weight, so probably about 15 pounds. I don't think that should be too hard if I eliminate all fast foods since lately that's what I've been having for breakfast & dinner. I'm also go

So my orientation for the Kaiser Permanente Options program was on Monday April 15, 2013. I had to take my youngest son because of a miscommunication with my husband on who was going to pick him up. Grrr... but regardless, I was able to make it on time.   I am going towards choosing the vertical sleeve option which seems to be the most effective and less dangerous.   I'm just really excited to start this process!!!   - RCN
