Didn't do so hot on day one -- well did great up until the evening then binged. I was so mad at myself but have forgiven and moving on.   Day 2 and 3 went very well. I can feel my body releasing some of its water weight, which is always a perk and incentive.
This morning starts liquids and fruits only. I am starting a week earlier than needed so I can get the hang of it besides any extra weight lost is just an added benefit.   Surgery date is 07/27/2008. Current weight - not known - my scales this morning won't read so either that means the battery is low or I am just too heavy for them to read. I will work on that. The # isn't that important to me right now so I am not concerned, it is more feeling good and noticing the difference myself.
