Melting. That's what I want to do. Mellllllt away! I know the band certainly won't make that happen but at least I won't be steadily expaaaaaanding instead!   Tomorrow is the first day of my two-week pre-op diet and I'm committed to following it. I honestly don't think I've been truly committed to any diet in well over fifteen years. We'll see how well I can hang. I have been intentionally reading all the horror stories I can find about fatty livers, open surgeries, ruptured livers, cancelled
