HELP! NEED ADVICE!

I got sleeved on Oct 2010 , the best decision i've ever made.. I never made it to my goal of 138.. i went from 300 to 148 pds... through- out the holidays i put on some pounds 153. :-( . I haven't been able to shed those pounds off.. I run/walk on the weekend,... and i try to stay away from carbs.. which at times is really hard for me because its the only thing that goes down easy .. i just dont know how to lose those extra pounds and lose the weight until I REACH MY DESIRE GOAL OF 138 AND MOS
