I can't believe I gained .4 lbs this week. It's been 5 weeks since my surgery and this past week was the first time I was able to eat some solid foods. I didn't think I overdid it since the minute I felt full I would either stop eating or my body would stop me from eating any more but I guess I was wrong. I have to admit that I am disappointed because I've lost 25 pounds since my surgery and the pounds have been coming off consistently each week. I keep reading that I need to get at least 80
