Hi.. I have been doing reserch on Dr. Kelly in Tijuana, Mexico, From what I have read about him he seems to be a great sleeve doctor. I was wanting to talk to others about there experience with this doctor. Good or bad!!!! I just want to feel 100% possitive about my surgion!!!!! I am looking into febuary for my surgery..
