Frustrated

I continue to be frustrated with my lap band after three years. This is my first time on a blog EVER!!!! I really want to learn to use this lap band as a tool to lose more weight. I've only lost about 30 pounds during the past three years. My husband has gained 30 because of all my leftovers I give him when we go out to eat.   Breakfast is sparce...one egg (maybe), one bite or two of toast, maybe 2/3 piece of bacon.
