I am super new in the lap band process.   So far I have: Attended a mandatory information class Contacted insurance company/filled out questionaire (looks like there shouldn't be roadblocks with it...fingers crossed) Filled out "history" sheet Met with Primary Care and had him fill out referral sheet Faxed referral sheet to the Program which was required to get an orientation date Waited for phone call....waited...waited...tap tap tap Today at 5:30pm I got the call. I have been following many of your posts for some time and find the majority of everyone's words encouraging; even when some of you blog about your not-so-great-days it is encouraging.
