life long quest for that healthy me

Now let me start by saying sleep is hard to get for me to begin with. I have a 2 year old that sleep walks and a 5 month old that still wakes up at 11pm and 4am for feedings. And so now that I've taken the 1st steps come all the what if's that are keeping we awake.   Like the.....what if this really happens for me?   1. will it work? 2. will I be able to play with my kids and not feel like I'm dying? 3. will people finally see me and not the fat? 4. will I look good in clothes ag
Could this ever be a reality? I hope so....   I, as many of you, have had weight issues my whole life. I have tried the "diet & excersice" routine religiously in the past....and well I'm here today so I'm sure you know the outcome and how successful I have been in t he past.   Funny enough though, I decided a couple of weeks ago to take Oprah's stance on it (after yet another failed attempt at a similiar version of the Atkin's Diet) I decided that I "would not be defined by my weight".
