I had my surgery back in January and lost 25 lbs but have already gained 15 lbs back. I feel like I can't control my eating and sometimes feel like such a loser for going thru a surgery for nothing! I have learned to eat around the band ( as my nutritionist calls it ) and can't seem to get back in track.I'm even embarrassed to go back to my doctor because he made clear that he doesn't tighten the band if you gain wait...any advise ?:frown::cool2::thumbup:
