Emotional....

Well after dealing with all pre op appointments, getting my surgery date, and paying for the surgery I am now stuck with starting my pre op diet....I am being banded 11/20 which is only one week from tomorrow...I ahve to lose 5 pounds and everytime I try to start a diet I fail....I dont know why I cant be excited for the surgery and let that be my motivation....I almost feel like someone is taking all of my food away forever...Its ridiculous...I have no will power and I am very emotional....So,
