Hello All!   I need your help. I have been banded since July 2010 and Now I am stuck.. I had alot of issues with traveling and having to get fluid removed and alot of various things. Now I am stuck in a rut. My dietician says its all about getting back into it and sticking to it, but I think it is more mental than anything. I had the LAP-BAND® done on July 6th...and I don't have my first fill until Aug 16th..I am starting to feel a little hungry in between meals...   How did you manager to get all the protein everyday? What were your easier foods to eat. I am not going to lie and say that it is easy for me...I was a big pasta and rice person, which contributed to my weight, I know that.
