Well here it is the start of week three. I lost another 9 lbs. making my total 19.9 in two weeks. I added cream of wheat, cream soup and low fat pudding to my diet. The other night i played lots of bowling on my Wii. And today some Frisbee and water boarding on the Wii. My joints are feeling better. Haven't taken any over the counter pills for pain like I use to and I'm full of energy.
Well it's day 3 and I'm feeling better as the days go on. I'm finally getting more food into me. I never thought I would drink skim milk but it's not that bad. I'm sticking to 2 cups of milk, jello, yogurt, broth and water for now. I just try to get it down as I can through the day. I woke up hungry this morning for the first time.
I had my surgery on Jan 12th. I stayed in the hospital over night. I had lots of gas last night but feel much better today. I played a little bowling ( I took it easy) on the new Wii that my family got me and it seemed to help move the gas out. I'm slowly increasing the amount of liquids that I can take in. I am so looking forward to this new adventure.
