Wow, What a week has made!!   Yesterday, I finally starting feeling normal again. I am so relieved, I was beginning to wonder if it was worth it.   Guess, getting on the scale changed my mind as well, I have lost 21 pounds, I can't believe it. I am so psyched!!   Well, next week will begin my true journey because I have to go back to real life, meaning work.   Till next time   http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wZkYv5h/"> >
Hello all fellow-lapbanders,   This is my first day post-op and first time on a blog,   I recieved the band on Decmeber 4th and this morning I am in a lot of pain. Oddly, I think I have more pain in my shoulders and back then I do my stomach, is this normal?   Also, standing and sitting is painful but I'll make it thru.   Hope to hear from anyone.   Till next time
