Insurance approved today, having surgery in one week!!

I am 282 lbs. 5"7', scheduled surgery in one week! I will meet with the doctor in three days, so I still don't have specific instructions of liquid diet or what I have to do before surgery. But anyway I want to start already, but I am confused about what kind of liquids will be able to drink, what brand of protein shake are the best I have started to read some blogs and I've seen brands that I am nothing familiar with, and actually don't know which one is the best, -- more protein, less sugar,
