I am still down 26 lbs. I have lost inches though and was able to slide on some jeans.:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin: I am starting to do wieghts now. Each week I feel better and better and now the compliments are pooring in. I can't wait until I reach my goal wieght (long way to go).
:biggrin:I am down 19 pounds and feeling great. Time to start increasing the walking. I started at 268.8 and my goal weight is 160, I am tall so this will be perfect. I am loving this decision and a friend of mine is now considering doing the surgery also. She went to Mexico with me when I got mine done, so she knows everything to expect.:cool2:
:thumbup:Last day of my clear liquid diet. Thank goodness. I was so sick of the Unjury chicken soup I thought I would puke. I am very proud of myself. It was not as hard as I thought it would be. I did not get hungry or crave one time. This band is awesome. I was down 16.8lbs as of Tuesday. I will only weigh myself once a week so I will be blogging my weight every Tuesday.
