Hello everyone

I haven't been here in a while hope everyone is doing good. It's been great for me I've lost 83 lbs now. My surgery date was Aug. 17 2009 and only 2 fills, everything has been going great. For the people just getting started, just take one day at a time and let your band do the rest. Hope everyone has a blessed night.

Hope everyone is doing good weighed today and 43 lbs down. Had my surgery Aug.17,2009 and everything seems to be doing good. Still trying to eat slower. I would like to thank everyone for their blogs they have helped me a lot. :wink2:

surgery day

Hello everone hope everyones having a great day. Well today is finally here. This morning I had my surgery at 8:00am and I'm so excited. I got to leave the hospital about 1:00pm. The only thing that has bothered me is the gas pains but not to bad maybe a 3 on a scale to 10. I would like to thank everyone for helping me through your blogs.:thumbup:

Hello everyone out there. This is my first blog so im new about all of this blogging. I found out today that my band date is Aug.17 and I am so happy. Im 35 and I've always had a weight problem and at this time in my life im ready for a change. Thanks for all the helpful blogs on this site, they have helped me alot.
