My weight loss journey after surgery

Was probably 300 lbs at my highest, about 270 when I had my surgery 3 years ago. Finally got into a size 10 and was feeling great was weighing 170 or so. Throughout 2007 I am gaining weight and need to get control of this. Went to the Dr. yesterday (internist) and my weight read 201. My home scale reads 190 so I am somewhere inbetween but this is unacceptable and I have to start going down again. When my band is filled too much I vomit all the time. Right now there aren't many food
