I DID IT! I FINALLY WENT TO THE GYM TODAY I HAD ONLY BEEN PROMISING MYSELF THAT FOR THE LAST 2 DAYS AND TODAY I DID IT! i FELT GREAT THE WORKOUT WAS WONDERFUL I CANT WAIT TO WORK OUT AGAIN I HOPE MY ATTITUDE STAY THE SAME ABOUT MY WORKOUTS.
