Fitness tracker opinions
I have used the fitbit but got bored quickly with it and gave it away. Just read an article that they are over 25% inaccurate. If it helps motivate you great but certainly don't define your exercise by them.

Leg day
even though I forgot my lifting belt in the car I pushed through a huge squat/deadlift superset workout with a Tabatta style rotating staircase circuit to finish it off.

Do you tolorate Subway?
3rd world meat, not friendly to humans at all! Lunch meat should be a huge no no.

Don't jump off that bridge. Zucchini pasta is all you should be considering.

Tiny tummy
I still find it funny when I find myself finally getting hungry and sitting down to eat and after 5 or 6 bites I am done. I have been traveling all week so I have been eating out and they keep bringing me these huge plates of food. I am at the point now I tell them to only bring the meat. I get the strangest looks but just assure them nothing else will get eaten, ever.

Isopure trick
Talking about the bottle Isopure? I love that stuff. Grape is my favorite. I just dilute it so it lasts longer.

Does excercise help with excess skin?
I have excess skin on my stomach but still have pronounced abs. It is my reminder of what I was and I embrace that. Extreme weight loss participants are VSG patients as well.

I was 340 lbs when my journey started, 316 at surgery. I have lost over 160 but have gained over 30 lbs of muscle. It totally can be done. I sit pretty ripped at 190 lbs.- Exercising after getting help
One of my favorites "Beast". Dead lift to burpee to squat thrusters 10,9,8.7.6.5.4.3.,2,1 set counts of each. Total killer.- "Cardio" setting vs "Fat Burn" setting on elliptical
Truthfully these settings on the machine are nonsense. Do this. 220 minus your age. That equals your absolute highest heart rate. Then times that by 40%, this would be the heart rate suggested for someone just starting to work out. From there you can go up as you get "better" and more fit until you reach the 85% of your max which would be your max cardio heart rate before going anaerobic.- SYNCELITE all day activity tracker
