I got my band approved by Athem Blue Cross/ ppo... I went to see my doctor on 10/12 and by 11/5 I already had my approval....

    What was your first step? I also have Anthem Blue Cross PPO and on the provider finder its just too dificult to narrow it down. They dont have any options for this specialty. Did you start with a family dr or find a surgeon right off the bat?
