basic liquid diet?

Hi

I am new, so not too good on search functions etc, so forgive me!

Could anyone provide me with a basic liquid, whats allowed etc so I can take this to my GP. I am not banded however would like to stick to the diet- he asked me to bring details and whats allowed for him to look over

I have been using a Multivitamin

Making sure I havent missed anything
