LIST of Fill Docs

I have attached a list that was given to me after I had my surgery in Mexico. It's a list of doctors in the US who will do fills for Mexico banded patients. It's not an all inclusive list, meaning it does not list every doctor that does fills - only the ones that patients have reported they go to and like.

The list includes the state, city, street addresss, phone number, cost and some misc information. If anyone is interested in it, take a look.

For those in Michign (my home state) looking for a fill doc, you will notice this list does not have anyone listed in our state. I go to Dr. Pleatman and he is excellent!
