Photos.....

My insurance bcbs al requires weight history for 3 years but i have no documentation of any weights so they said i could send dated photos ....i was wondering if i had to send my originals or if i could just send photo copies...has anyone had this experience?? Thanks :)

    I would send only copies b/cause if the originals get lost then you have no proof. Maybe you can even email them?

    thanks for the reply :] my surgeons office made photo copies and mailed them in so hopefully that will work.. i should know by tomorrow thats all im waiting on to get approved :]
