Anyone have OAB?

Although this isn't band related - I thought I would ask anyway. I am 58 and am bothered by over active bladder - it is either that or I don't void completely because I have to go often. This has been a problem for years. Went to a urologist years ago who did a cystoscopy - really didn't find anything. Have been on detrol and vesicare. Made things worse. The last time caused abdominal pain- could have been a UTI - I took meds for that but also stopped the vesicare so I don't know which one was responsible for getting better.

Has anyone had this problem and found a solution? Thanks.
